The brief
Bring different kinds of work together without making every page look or behave the same. The portfolio introduces the person; the library gives students a focused place to read, understand and practice.
An ongoing personal project. One unit is available in each of Classes 9 and 10; Classes 11 and 12 are planned.
Design decisions
A shared visual language
Typography, color, navigation and controls carry across the portfolio and books. Reading views keep their own measure, while Practice papers have a separate printable layout.
Content with a source of truth
Authored pages, mathematical content and question banks are separate from shared components. The static build generates the public site, and checks run before publication.
What I am refining
An attractive page is only part of the job. The work also involves complete mathematical explanations, dependable navigation, responsive controls and repeatable publication.
The next chapter
Expand the books with independent mathematical review, recover a maintainable authoring path for Class 9, and continue consolidating the shared reading and Practice tools.
